Engagement Internship
What is this
The project “Engagement Internship“ is a new concept developed by Hillel Germany for students who want to contribute to Jewish community building and establish connections.
The internship positions are partnerships between Hillel and local or regional Jewish communities. From September 2024 to July 2025, 8 to 10 positions will be available for young Jewish adults in Germany.
Interns will network and build communities for their peers, acting as a bridge between Hillel and local Jewish communities, while receiving mentorship and professional guidance from the Hillel team.
The goal is to focus on young adults as part of the strategic mission of partner communities with student associations as full partners.
Interns will be given the opportunity to contribute long-term to building Jewish life and help cultivate a sense of belonging among young adults.
