Let’s start 2025 with a recap of one of our favorite annual events—Hanukkah at Rathaus Neukölln!

For three years in a row, we have come together to light the big Hanukkiah and sing in the public square, hoping to bring more light into the world. This lighting at Rathaus Neukölln has become our cherished tradition, reflecting our commitment to being an active part of Berlin’s diverse and inclusive community.

Thank you to our partners and friends Frankelufer Synagoge, Bezirksamt Neukölln, and Martin Hikel for their support and ongoing efforts to foster a diverse and inclusive Berlin community.

Yehi Ratzon - May it come to be

Last night, so many of us and our families and friends in Israel were glued to our screens, waiting for the moment when Romi, Emily, and Doron would leave their nightmarish captivity and be taken into their mothers’ arms. As these women begin their long road to recovery in the warm embrace of their families and the Jewish people, we finally have inklings of hope that the war will soon come to an end.
